Body Science's Group Classes were originally designed as a way to round out the fitness schedule for our personal
training clients. The intent was to provide our clients with a complete workout regimen (on the days they were not 1 on 1
training) at a reasonable price point. Now our classes have grown considerably and welcome friends and family who wish to
participate as well. Our trainers are quite unique, offering
exercise variations for clients with movement limitations seamlessly through out the class. As some have said, "Its like
we are all being personally trained".

Body Science's Ultimate Body Blast Class is a complete fitness workout -emphasizing core strength, balance, cardio, flexibility and of course
muscle toning. Classes always vary in exercise selections as well as overall flow. We keep it fresh and interesting but always
within the scope of our program design
Low Impact Fitness Class Eating smart is an important part of good
health, but if you want to look good and feel great you have to keep exercising on a regular basis. Restricting the amount of poor food choices you make
will ultimately lead to fewer pounds but most people plateau before the end goal is achieved. Bad knees and other joints can make it hard to find the right exercise choices. The
value of low-impact exercise, when performed for at least 30 minutes or more per day, is that it helps to strengthen your
spine, knees, legs and overall bone density. Studies have shown that exercise can help prevent future injuries. A
good training plan also reduces body fat and keeps you from gaining weight. Add a 15 minute stretch warm up and cool
down and you are set!
Body Science Cardio Club is an awesome way to get the cardio exercise you need and still stay in the company of your friends.
Blaze towards your goals with a few new fitness buddies (limited space) who are serious about achieving. Let us build
you and your team a cardio based program that focuses on Targeted Zone Training. Club members are given an assessment to determine
the correct intensity to sustain while aerobic training. We call it their fat burning sweet spot. No matter if you want
to take an inch off your waist line or 30 seconds off your 5k time. Burning fat at a high heart rate level is the most scientifically
respected route. Participants will have their choice of cardio
equipment. Exercise routine is about 40 minutes with a great post stretch to follow!
Teen Scene This class is designed to teach the foundational and prerequisite principles of strength training, cardio
conditioning, joint flexibility and daily healthy eating habits. Our
trainers are parents as well, so we realize the concerns involving kids learning how to properly work out. We emphasize teaching
gym safety and solid resistance training technique. Kids have great time and build strong exercise awareness.
Classes are designed to help improve speed,
agility and explosiveness. We work within a Olympic/collegiate resistance training technique. As with all our classes we are
first and foremost teachers of safety and great movement technique.
