Teen Athletic training is a multi movement based fitness program designed to maximize speed, agility, balance and strength. Put simply,we teach you how to be purposely more athletic. The difference between an injured and a non-injured athlete can be as little as how well an athlete intentionally tightens their core muscles right before a game winning move. Athletes are taught an injury prevention focused strength and conditioning program in a progressive and easy to follow instructional format. Athletes are always putting their bodies to the maximal limits, in every direction imaginable. Learn how to be fast strong and well balanced no matter the movement pattern you choose. Multi-planer agility training is balanced based and offers participants greater movement strength and heavily aids in sports injury prevention.
